Quotations

Quotations are based on the information supplied and remain valid for the period stated. Changes to size, quantity, material, artwork, finishing, tax or delivery may change the price.

Artwork and proof approval

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of supplied content. Production begins after the required approval. Approved spelling, layout, numbers, colours and other content are considered final.

Colour and material tolerance

Reasonable variations may occur between screens, digital proofs, print processes, paper batches and production runs. Industry-standard cutting, folding and colour tolerances apply.

Payment

Payment schedules are stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Production or dispatch may depend on receipt of the agreed advance or balance.

Turnaround and delivery

Timelines begin after artwork approval and required payment. We make every reasonable effort to meet confirmed schedules, but third-party transport and events outside our control may affect delivery.

Claims and reprints

Any production concern should be reported promptly with photographs and retained samples. Remedies are assessed against the approved proof, specification and reasonable print tolerances.

Intellectual property

Clients confirm they have permission to reproduce supplied trademarks, images and content. Design source files remain subject to the scope and terms of the applicable quotation.
